Stunningly shot on film, a road trip that follows in the footsteps of great cinema legends. A mother and a daughter learn what it takes to stay together forever.

Lu lives in a children’s home in the Netherlands. At last, her mother plans to come for a visit. She is supposedly a famous Hollywood stuntwoman. However, her mother’s American sports car quickly turns out to be old and rusty. And instead of the quiet afternoon that they are allowed to spend together, Lu is taken for several days on a wild road trip to Poland. The mother sayss they are Bonnie and Clyde, outlaws on the run. Decked out with sunglasses and wigs, they have a dream: a house where they will spend their future together. But then a fight breaks out and both must learn to adapt their wishes to reality. A highlight!

(Note: In the theatrical screenings, the film will be shown in the original version with live German voice-over. Online, the film is available in the original version with German and English subtitles.)
