Lilian Weishaar
Intern Guest Management
Lilian Weishaar is studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Culture and Business, majoring in English and American Studies with a minor in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. In addition, she has gained many years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she has acquired knowledge in organizing and carrying out various events as well as working with guests. Having grown up in an artistic environment, she was exposed to art and culture from an early age, which sparked her interest in working in the cultural sector. In 2026, she is supporting the festival team as an intern in Guest Management.
