›The First Fallen‹ at QZM

And we continue with our special events outside the festival! On 12 October at 7pm at QZM, the queer centre in Mannheim, we present our last year's audience favourite ›The First Fallen‹ by Brazilian Rodrigo de Oliveira. The film about the beginnings of the AIDS epidemic in Brazil illuminates an important piece of history and focuses not on the disease but on the protagonists who continue to shape their own lives and remain true to themselves. Programme director Frédéric Jaeger will introduce this moving film.
