Panel: Schauspiel

Our RETROSPECTIVE this year is dedicated to "Method/Acting." To further explore this topic, we have gathered three prominent actors for a special panel. What does it mean to be an actor today? What does an actor's training entail? What do everyday life and practice look like? What are the differences between theater and film, between cinema and television, between series and feature films? Which scenes are particularly challenging? And what role do the ideas of method acting still play for the current generation of actors? To discuss questions like these and many more in depth, we have invited three experts in the field: internationally renowned actors Lars Eidinger, Hanna Hilsdorf and Antje Traue.
